HWF Partners hires from Linklaters for M&A team
HWF Partners has appointed Sofía Maldonado as Associate for Iberia, recruiting her from the Corporate/M&A department at Linklaters to bolster its transactional risk M&A offering in Spain.

Maldonado brings six years of Corporate/M&A experience, having advised on domestic and cross-border transactions for private equity funds, corporates, and institutional investors at Linklaters. Her background spans deal negotiation, due diligence, and contractual documentation on complex operations.
At HWF Partners, she will focus on transactional insurance solutions, including W&I, tax, contingent risk, and other transactional risk products.
