EY Abogados advises Abanca on €168M naval deal
EY Abogados has advised Abanca on a syndicated guarantee facility granted by a group of lending institutions — with Abanca acting as financier, agent, and global coordinator — in favour of Construcciones Navales P. Freire, as the guaranteed entity, for the construction of four naval support vessels that will operate in Sweden.
The transaction, valued at approximately €168 million, encompasses a syndicated guarantee line designed to support the construction and delivery of the vessels, as well as additional financing structures implemented within the framework of the deal.
