Andersen advises Inovalis on Alcobendas sale
Andersen has advised a special purpose vehicle of the Inovalis group on the sale of an office building located at Avenida de la Industria 49 in Alcobendas, Madrid, to Iroko ZEN, a French SCPI (société civile de placement immobilier). The property serves as the corporate headquarters of Konecta in Madrid and is fully leased to the company under a long-term lease agreement.
The transaction was structured as the sale of an income-producing real estate asset tied to a long-term lease with a mandatory period of 12 years. This structure enhances the visibility of the property’s rental income streams and its appeal to institutional investors focused on recurring-income assets.
