Deloitte strengthens labour practice with new Bilbao hire
Deloitte has strengthened its Labour practice in Northern Spain with the appointment of Elbire Corral Fernández de Zuazo, who joins the firm’s Bilbao office to lead the employment law team in the region. He comes from Cuatrecasas.
With more than two decades of experience advising companies on employment matters, Corral brings extensive expertise supporting organisations through complex labour frameworks and ongoing regulatory change.

Corral Fernández brings more than two decades of experience advising companies and institutions on employment law matters, with a particular focus on corporate restructuring processes, collective disputes, and the design of labour relations frameworks.
Prior to joining Deloitte Legal, she spent the majority of her career at Cuatrecasas, where she worked for over 22 years (2003–2026) in the Bilbao office. During this time, she advised a wide range of clients across different sectors, supporting them in complex employment matters and organisational transformation processes.
