NK5 advises IMASA on court-approved financial
NK5 has advised IMASA, Ingeniería y Proyectos, on the design, negotiation and implementation of its financial restructuring plan.
The Asturias-based engineering and construction group secured the support of its creditors for a restructuring aimed at strengthening its financial position, ensuring business continuity and supporting its long-term growth strategy. The approval brings to an end the company’s pre-insolvency proceedings and marks the beginning of a new phase focused on stability, operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
NK5 supported IMASA throughout the process, coordinating negotiations with creditors and helping to develop a sustainable financial structure aligned with the company’s business plan.
