Cuatrecasas with Grupo Condis on the acquisition of Dispreu assets

Cuatrecasas has advised Condis Supermercats on the formalisation of the acquisition of the assets of Dispreu Logística, the company that operates the Binipreu supermarkets in Menorca. The transaction consolidates Grupo Condis’ entry into the Mediterranean island.

Condis is incorporating into its structure eight supermarkets located across various municipalities in Menorca, three logistics platforms, and the Binipreu Menorca shopping centre, regarded as one of the island’s leading commercial and service hubs.
