BK ETL Global names Alcaraz as CEO
BK ETL Global has appointed Antonio Alcaraz as Chief Executive Officer, bringing in an executive with over 34 years of international experience to steer the firm through what it describes as a period of accelerated transformation in Spain’s professional services sector.
According to the firm, the appointment was driven by the firm’s Board of Directors, chaired by Alfonso Segovia, Partner and Board President of BK ETL Global.
The profile
Alcaraz brings executive experience across eight countries — Spain, Portugal, Poland, Morocco, Mexico, Brazil and Argentina — and five sectors, consistently holding direct P&L responsibility. His career spans industrial groups, listed multinationals (NASDAQ and Paris), family businesses undergoing generational transition, and entrepreneurial ventures he founded himself.
He is the founder of ThinkOutBox, a strategic transformation platform through which he advises boards and management committees, and holds active board roles in companies operating in communications, logistics and agri-food. He has completed the Board Directors Programme at ESADE and is currently enrolled in the M&A and Corporate Development Strategies programme at Wharton.
