Cuatrecasas advises IskayPet Group on its corporate refinancing
Cuatrecasas has advised IskayPet Group, a company specialising in products and services for the care of companion animals, on the refinancing of its corporate debt with Spanish financial institutions.
The transaction—of significant commercial and technical interest for the participating lenders and the jurisdictions involved—represents a strong endorsement of the Group’s project. It supports IskayPet’s consolidation and expansion in Spain, Portugal and France, while also securing the funding required to develop its medium- and long-term initiatives, thereby contributing to the Group’s stability and growth in these markets, states Cuatrecasas.
Partner Carlos Lasarte de Launet, from the finance team, led the transaction together with María Granero, from the same team, and Manuel Requicha Ferreira and Rita Henriques Saraiva from the corporate team.
