A&O Shearman advises BRUC on €370M green financing
A&O Shearman has advised BRUC on a €370 million financing agreement with Santander and Banco Sabadell for the construction of a 659MW photovoltaic portfolio in Spain, which will also include 1.6GWh of battery energy storage.
The financing will support BRUC’s expansion in utility-scale solar, reinforcing its position in the Spanish renewables market. Spanish lenders Santander and Banco Sabadell continue to play a key role in financing energy transition assets.
