CMS advises Aquila Capital on Zaragoza logistics acquisition
CMS has advised Aquila Capital on the acquisition of two logistics assets in Zaragoza, further expanding the investment manager’s presence in the Spanish logistics market.
The mandate included legal support throughout the due diligence process, as well as the structuring and execution of the share deal. The acquired assets feature high technical specifications and hold a BREEAM Very Good environmental certification.
