Pérez-Llorca advises Aristeas and Partners Group
Pérez-Llorca has acted as legal counsel to Aristeas and Partners Group in a corporate real estate transaction, fielding a multidisciplinary team across three practice areas.
Aristeas is a real estate investment vehicle, and Partners Group is an international private markets asset manager.
The team
The corporate Real Estate team was led by partner José Ángel Nabal, supported by senior associates Paula Quintillán and Patricia Alonso-Lamberti, and associates Natalie Magalhaes and Eduardo Castilla del Olmo.
On the tax side, partner José Azqueta and senior associate María Gutiérrez provided advice, while the finance aspects were handled by partner Ildefonso Arenas, alongside associates Patricia Mateos and Beatrice Lapi.
