Sérvulo adds partner in financial law dept
Sérvulo & Associados has appointed Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos as a partner in its financial law department. She joins from Morais Leitão , where she built a career spanning more than two decades focused on structured financing and project finance, both domestically and internationally.
Cláudia Castanheira dos Santos brings expertise in public-private partnership project financing, real estate financing, and debt restructuring. She also has active involvement in private equity transactions and investment funds, as well as broad experience in corporate law and capital markets.
Background and credentials
Castanheira dos Santos holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (2000), an LL.M. in International Business Law from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa (2017), and a postgraduate degree in Aviation Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa (2007). She also completed an Executive Program in Project Management at NOVA SBE in 2024.
