Mibor Asesores integrates into Afianza in Navarre
Mibor Asesores has joined Afianza following a strategic integration that allows the Navarre-based firm to expand its service offering and gives Afianza its first presence in Navarre.
According to the law firm, this decision does not entail a loss of the Navarre-based firm’s identity, but rather represents an opportunity for improvement and growth for the company and its clients. Mibor Asesores’ managing partner, Óscar Villanueva, highlighted the alignment between the two firms: “We share core values such as trust, closeness to the client and a commitment to excellence.” Through this transaction, Afianza begins operations in Navarre, while Mibor Asesores aims at accelerating its growth and expands its business and technology consulting services.
Oskar Arregui, managing partner of Mibor Asesores alongside Óscar Villanueva, notes that the transaction “is a major step for our firm, opening up new growth opportunities. It allows us to expand our service capacity and continue supporting companies in their digital transformation. We will now be able to offer more and better solutions under highly competitive conditions that any company in Navarre will be able to access.”
