Marta Perelló Sánchez joins Pink’s as head of legal
Marta Perelló Sánchez has been appointed Head of Legal at the family office behind Pink’s. Perelló Sánchez shared the news in a recent post on LinkedIn, noting that she had waited several months before making the move public in order to fully experience the transition.
In her new role, she will oversee legal strategy from within the business, supporting decision-making and growth.
The profile
Perelló Sánchez is a commercial and projects lawyer with more than a decade of experience across sectors including energy, infrastructure and industrial projects.
Prior to this appointment, she served as General Counsel at BlueFloat Energy, where she was responsible for legal matters including M&A, transaction structuring, corporate governance and compliance.
She previously held in-house roles at companies such as Indra and Gonvarri Industries, advising on international projects and large-scale contracts, and began her career in private practice at Eversheds and Bufete Barrilero.
Perelló Sánchez holds a law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and postgraduate qualifications in international trade and commercial law, as well as studies in European competition law. She is a member of the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and is fluent in Spanish and English, with working knowledge of French
