Hogan Lovells advises Sofidy on Imaginalia deal
Hogan Lovells has advised Sofidy, part of Tikehau Capital Group, on the acquisition of the Imaginalia retail park in Albacete from Pinebridge Group. The transaction was valued at €52 million.
Deal details
The Imaginalia retail park spans more than 45,000 square metres of gross leasable area and hosts over 50 operators, including Media Markt, Alcampo and Yelmo Cines.
