Sagardoy names Goerlich and Godino partners
Sagardoy has appointed Ana Goerlich León and Alberto Godino de Frutos as partners.
Iñigo Sagardoy, president of the firm, noted that the appointments reflect the firm’s commitment to internal talent and to professionals who embody its core values. Martín Godino, managing partner, highlighted the pair’s capacity for growth, leadership and strategic vision as key factors behind their elevation to the partnership.
The profiles
Ana Goerlich León joined Sagardoy in 2017 following a traineeship at the firm. Over nearly a decade, she has built a practice spanning employment advisory work and litigation, with a particular focus on complex collective bargaining processes and corporate restructurings. She has also been involved in the firm’s innovation initiatives, notably in the application of artificial intelligence to legal advisory services.
Alberto Godino de Frutos joined the firm in 2019 and has developed a practice covering both employment advisory and litigation, with experience in complex transactions and a growing international profile.
Both new partners have been consistently recognised by directories including Best Lawyers and The Legal 500. In addition to their client-facing work, they are active in academia, teaching at various universities and contributing to legal publications and specialist journals.
