Badiola steps down as Dentons managing partner

Jabier Badiola has stepped down as managing partner of Dentons in Spain, a role he had held since 2020.

According to the firm, Badiola is expected to leave the management position in order to focus on his practice as a partner in the Banking & Finance department. His mandate as head of the Spanish office was due to run until December 2027.

“We confirm that Jabier Badiola is planning to step down as Spain Managing Partner to focus on his client work as a Banking and Finance partner.  We are grateful for Jabier’s leadership contribution as Spain Managing Partner over the last 6 years, where he has been instrumental in the transformation of our Madrid office.  Our CEO and Europe Board are currently actively reviewing succession plans to ensure we have the right leader to spearhead our growth and investment plans and lead our Madrid office into the future”, says the official statement released by Dentons.
