Evergreen adds Pérez-Prat to banking and finance
Evergreen has strengthened its banking and finance practice with the addition of José María Pérez-Prat Recarte, who rejoins the firm after a previous stint and subsequent experience at other Spanish law firms. He joins from Ramon y Cajal.
His return marks a continuation of Evergreen’s strategy to build out its transactional capabilities in key areas of financing, particularly in mandates requiring a combination of technical expertise and sector-specific knowledge.
The profile
Pérez-Prat brings more than six years of experience in banking and finance law, advising both corporates and lenders on complex and high-value transactions. His practice focuses on corporate and acquisition finance, as well as structured finance, with particular exposure to real estate and energy and infrastructure project finance.
Before rejoining the firm, Pérez-Prat developed his career at several established players in the Spanish legal market, gaining experience across a range of financing structures and cross-sector transactions.
