Andersen advises SCPI Elialys on Málaga deal

Andersen has advised SCPI Elialys on the acquisition of a real estate asset located in Coín, Málaga. The property, spanning more than 1,200 square metres, is leased to a private healthcare operator under a long-term lease contract.

The acquisition forms part of SCPI Elialys’s strategy to build a sustainable and diversified real estate portfolio, focused on properties leased to financially sound tenants in attractive locations across southern Europe.

SCPI Elialys is part of Advenis REIM, the portfolio management arm of Advenis — a company majority-owned by Inovalis and listed on Euronext Growth Paris — whose subsidiaries specialise in the design of real estate investment products and the management of property-related products and services.

The transaction was led by Ignacio Sáenz de Santamaría, partner in the real estate practice at Andersen, supported by Enrique Pérez, senior associate, and Eduardo Ramos, senior lawyer.
