Balder reports €28.8m revenue for 2025
Balder has posted revenues of €28.8 million for 2025, marking a 5% increase compared to 2024. Founded in 2012 with an initial team of nine professionals, the firm has grown organically without external capital or acquisitions over its 14-year history.
The Madrid-based firm achieved this year’s revenue growth without increasing headcount, implementing AI agents to automate administrative processes and improve internal efficiency. The firm currently employs 103 professionals, including 10 partners and 21 associates.
Diversity and international presence
Women now represent 81.5% of Balder’s workforce. The firm’s multicultural team comprises professionals from more than 15 nationalities who speak 12 languages collectively.
Balder maintains offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao, and Santander in Spain, with a Latin American presence in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, and Peru. The firm operates a hybrid working model that allows remote work from various locations across Spain, Europe, and Latin America.
