Deloitte advises Galp on €320M wind farms project
Deloitte has advised Galp on the acquisition of a portfolio of 17 onshore wind farms in Spain from Bankinter and Plenium, in a transaction valued at approximately €320 million.
The portfolio comprises operational wind assets with a total installed capacity of 351 MWw.
The team
Deloitte legal advised on the transaction with a multidisciplinary Tax team led by partners Javier Pérez Olivares and director Sergio Ramirez Soto, both from the firm’s Tax M&A practice.
The firm’s Transactions team also played a key role, including partner David Díez García, senior manager Manuel Bolaños García, assistant manager Teresa Ochoa Alba and associate Jaime Ortega Durán.
