Broseta advises Homs Rentals
Broseta has advised Homs Rentals on the implementation of its growth strategy through a series of acquisitions and related financing arrangements.
The transactions included the acquisition of the business unit of Montajes y Desmontajes Técnicos, as well as certain movable assets of Multitorres MG, both related to scaffolding assembly and disassembly activities. In addition, Homs Rentals acquired the companies Sumaco Andamios and Gama Alquileres, which operate in the rental, maintenance and distribution of construction machinery and scaffolding.
Broseta also advised on the syndicated financing granted to Homs Rentals in connection with this growth strategy, led by CaixaBank as agent.
