Garriga Correa Delcasso hires Teresa Duplá Marín
Boutique law firm Garriga Correa Delcasso has hired Teresa Duplá Marín (pictured) as of counsel to strengthen its succession and litigation practice. In particular, the appointment enhances the firm’s capabilities in inheritance law from both an advisory and disputes perspective, including estate planning and succession-related litigation before courts and arbitral tribunals.
The appointment is intended to support clients in complex succession planning, wealth restructuring, generational transition in family businesses and inheritance disputes. “The incorporation of Teresa Duplá strengthens a practice that increasingly requires a transversal approach: highly technical, procedural and preventive. Her profile brings together deep knowledge of succession and family law, strong institutional experience and practical expertise in efficient conflict management”, the firm said.
