Cerejeira and CS’Associados advise on Groupe IDEC–VHM stake deal
CS’Associados advised Group IDEC, a real estate group in France, Europe and Asia, headquartered in Paris, on the acquisition of a majority stake in VHM (Vítor Hugo – Coordenação e Gestão de Projetos). VHM was advised by Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão on this transaction.
Founded by Vítor Hugo in 1993 in Porto, VHM focuses on engineering and architecture consultancy. The company employs around 300 professionals across its offices in Porto, Lisbon and Coimbra. This transaction represents a strategic milestone in VHM’s history, strengthening its capacity for growth and international expansion, states the law firm.
The CS’Associados team was led by partner Martim Morgado and also included Maria Borges da Fonseca, from the corporate M&A team, and Carolina Cardoso Alves, coordinating associate of the real estate practice.
The Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão team advising VHM was led by partner Pedro Marinho Falcão and also included lawyers Pedro Dias de Azevedo and Marta Outeiro Correia, from the corporate team.
