Grupo Brío launches in Valencia’s mid-market
A new player has entered Valencia’s professional services landscape with the launch of Grupo Brío. It is a firm built on the integration of GRA Consultores and ASEMWORK ETT.
The creation of Grupo Brío formalises what had long been an evolving structure: a multidisciplinary platform combining legal, tax, labour, HR, and occupational risk advisory under a single brand and strategic direction. The focus is clear—serving Spain’s mid-sized companies with a more coordinated, end-to-end approach.
Rather than a disruptive merger, the launch reflects a natural progression. GRA, founded in 1986, steadily expanded its legal and tax capabilities, while ASEMWORK, established in 2005, added a strong HR and temporary employment dimension. Together, they now form a team of more than 45 professionals.
The team
The group is led by Rafael Viñals, alongside David Tello and Paz Hueso. Internally, the structure preserves specialised practice areas, ensuring continuity for clients while aligning strategy at group level.
Grupo Brío also signals a broader advisory scope—extending services to the personal legal and wealth planning needs of business owners, a model more typical of larger firms now gaining traction in the mid-market.
