Uría Menéndez advises Plenium on Bankinter Investment merger
Uría Menéndez has advised Plenium Partners on the merger between Plenium Partners Asset Management, SGEIC and Bankinter Investment, SGIIC, through which Plenium will acquire a 27.5% stake in Bankinter Investment.
The transaction is aimed at developing a pan-European alternative investment platform. The value of the deal has not been disclosed.
