Broseta advises RSR on Casa Joan Bertrand sale to AX Partners
Broseta has advised RSR Singular Assets Europe on the sale of Casa Joan Bertrand, a real estate asset located on Paseo de Gràcia in Barcelona, to AX Partners, a real estate private equity fund.
The asset, managed by Caler Advisory & Asset Management, is located at number 115 Paseo de Gràcia and comprises a building currently housing a Room Mate hotel, as well as two retail units.
The asset
Casa Joan Bertrand was built in 1901 by the Bertrand family and is situated in one of Barcelona’s main commercial and financial areas.
