CMS advises Volpi Capital on acquisition of Beta10

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Volpi Capital on the acquisition of Beta10 through its portfolio company Asolvi AS.

The transaction supports Asolvi’s expansion in Southern Europe in the field service management (FSM) software sector.

Asolvi provides FSM software solutions focused on fire protection and security services. Beta10 operates in Spain in the same segment, with activity in security and alarm systems.

The acquisition is part of Volpi Capital’s investment activity in the European FSM software market.

The CMS team advising on the transaction was led by Pedro Ferreras, with Eric Domènech, Irene Carol and Meya Torras (corporate/M&A). Additional support was provided by Juan Egea and Giuseppe Esposito (employment), Miguel Recio (data protection) and Covadonga Maestro (IP).
