Act Legal opens Seville office targeting the aerospace sector

Act Legal Spain has inaugurated its new office in Seville, strengthening its presence in Andalusia and its positioning in a key hub for industry, investment and innovation. The opening of this office responds to the firm’s commitment to working closely with industrial, technology and defence companies operating in the region, as well as to actively participating in the business ecosystem linked to the development of the aerospace sector, states the law firm.

During the inauguration event, Cristina de Santiago, managing partner of act legal Spain, highlighted the significance of this step: “Our Seville office is a milestone that has long been part of our roadmap. But it is not just a new office: it is a decision about where we want to be and with whom we want to build.”

In this regard, she underlined the firm’s commitment to the local business fabric: “We do not see our presence here as mere expansion. We have come to create value, to support companies in their development and to contribute actively to this ecosystem.” She also emphasised the strategic context of the opening: “Seville is not just another location. It is an environment where industry, talent and investment are building something that is worth sustaining over time.”

The office is led by Jesús Redondo, partner and head of the Public Procurement and Real Estate departments, who will spearhead the firm’s development in the region. Redondo noted that “Seville and Andalusia as a whole are experiencing a decisive moment from an industrial and business perspective. Our presence here reflects our desire to be close to the companies driving this transformation and to support them in their regulatory and strategic challenges.”

He also highlighted the firm’s added value in this context: “Being part of an international firm allows us to offer companies advice aligned with their growth processes, internationalisation and access to new markets, at a time when industry increasingly demands greater legal specialisation and strategic vision.”
