Linklaters advises Digital Realty on data center acquisition

Linklaters has advised Digital Realty on the acquisition of its first data center facility in Lisbon. After redevelopment, the facility is expected to support up to 2.4MW of IT load.

The deal was led by partner Diogo Plantier Santos (pictured), with lawyers Diogo Barros Pereira, Maria Athayde Tavares, Verónica Nobre and Nuno Barroca.
