The profiles
Bayona brings more than 20 years of experience advising on international transactions in energy, infrastructure and natural resources, with expertise spanning corporate, contractual and financing matters.
Martín adds a strong track record in M&A and private equity, particularly in acquisition processes and project development across energy, infrastructure and real estate.
