EY Abogados advises Telefónica on Altim acquisition

EY Abogados has advised Telefónica on the acquisition of Altim, a Spanish technology consulting firm specialized in SAP solutions.

The acquisition represents Telefónica’s first corporate transaction in Spain led by the team under the Group’s current presidency, and follows other recent strategic investments carried out by the group in international markets. The operation aims at strengthening the group’s positioning in high‑value digital solutions and supports the acceleration of its strategic roadmap.
