CMS advises Oximesa on Esteve Teijin Healthcare acquisition

CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo has advised Oximesa, the European subsidiary of Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation, on the acquisition of 100% of Esteve Teijin Healthcare (ETH), the third-largest company by market share in the sector in Spain. ETH operates nearly 50 Respiratory Care Centres (CRETA), employs more than 300 people and serves around 190,000 patients across the country.

The advisory work was led by partners Irene Miró (corporate/M&A) and Ricardo Héctor (tax), with support from lawyers Irene Carol (corporate/M&A), Isabel Montes (tax), Beatriz Miranda (employment), Ana Doval (public law and regulated sectors) and Alba Blanco (IP and digital business).
