Pérez-Llorca and DLA Piper on the Ibiza Corso acquisition by Blasson
Pérez-Llorca advised Blasson Property Investments, through its division Veltaro, on the acquisition of Ibiza Corso Hotel & Spa, located in Marina Botafoc in Ibiza (Balearic Islands). Arabella Hospitality España will assume management on 1 April 2026. DLA Piper advised the financing side on this transaction.
The transaction includes a comprehensive renovation with an investment of €40 million, aimed at repositioning the asset in the five-star segment. Following the refurbishment, the hotel will feature 154 rooms and suites, all with private terraces and views of the marina and the sea. The project will include a daytime restaurant, a lobby bar, a rooftop bar with a pool, and a pool area with a bar and solarium. The complex will also host the Lío Ibiza club, known for its entertainment and dining offering.
Hotel management will be taken over by Arabella Hospitality España, a subsidiary of Arabella Hospitality SE. After the renovation works, the reopening is scheduled for spring 2027 under the name Hotel Corso Puerto Ibiza, Autograph Collection, becoming part of the Marriott International brand portfolio.
