Ceca Magán tops €30M revenue in 2025

Ceca Magán Abogados has closed FY2025 with revenue of more than €30.1 million, reporting 21% year-on-year growth and a 26% increase in its client base, according to the firm. The firm also said it is projecting growth of over 20% for the next year, citing planned hires across several practices and offices.

“Surpassing €30m is not only a financial milestone, but confirmation of a firm model designed to support businesses when decisions are truly strategic. Our growth is a direct consequence of our clients’ trust, the rigour of our teams and a clear vision: to provide legal certainty and sound judgement in an increasingly demanding business environment”, said managing partner Esteban Ceca Gómez-Arevalillo

The firm reported 160% cumulative growth over the past five years and said 2025 performance was driven by increased activity in areas linked to strategic decision-making and business management. By practice area, Ceca Magán reported growth of over 14% in Labour, 23% in Corporate, 29% in Tax, 31% in Digital Law—with demand linked to artificial intelligence, data governance and blockchain-based tokenisation—and 26% in Dispute Resolution.

Enrique Ceca Gómez-Arevalillo, board member and managing partner of the Labour practice, added:
The 2025 performance reflects the consolidation of a multidisciplinary firm model that has reached full operational and strategic maturity around three core pillars: deeper involvement in critical business decisions, support in corporate transformation processes and the ability to anticipate regulatory and reputational risks.”

Regionally, Ceca Magán reported revenue growth of 23% in Barcelona, 43% in Vigo, and 205% in Seville, where new practice areas were introduced during the year.

The firm currently has more than 220 professionals and 42 partners, and provides international coverage in over 160 countries through alliances including FLI, LAW, AdVoc and Celia Alliance.
