Fourlaw advises on IriusRisk-ThreatModeler integration
Fourlaw Abogados has advised Swanlaab Venture Factory, Brightpixel Capital, JME Ventures, 360 Capital and Inveready on the merger of ThreatModeler and IriusRisk, a technology company specialising in helping organisations detect and prevent cybersecurity risks from the design stage of their systems and applications. The transaction brings together two platforms in the field of threat modelling, aiming at strengthening ThreatModeler’s position in the application cybersecurity market.
According to the law firm, this transaction sets a benchmark in the cybersecurity sector, with operations in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, and a customer base made up of companies in sectors such as financial services, pharmaceuticals, technology and critical industries.
The Fourlaw Abogados team has advised the funds since their initial investment eight years ago and throughout the integration process to date. Partners Francisco Téllez and Gabriele Hofmann, associates Iñigo Andrés González and David Yatskiv, and lawyer Paula Riverol and were involved in the transaction.
