Uría Menéndez advises on the sale of a stake in Kishoa
Uría Menéndez has advised Brookfield Renewable European Development Limited on the sale of its 50% stake in Kishoa, (along with the stake held by minority shareholders) to the other shareholders of Kishoa, Holdco Kishoa and Maestre Servicios Energéticos.
