Uría advises Ibérica Partners on Emotion Mobility sale
Uría Menéndez has advised Ibérica Partners on the sale of the entire share capital of Emotion Mobility to PSG Equity. The transaction had a multi-jurisdictional component, with Uría Menéndez coordinating legal advice in Portugal, the Netherlands, India and the United Arab Emirates. The deal also included a partial reinvestment (roll-over) by the two Co-CEOs of Emotion Mobility, reinforcing strategic alignment with the new investor.
The operation was co-led by Antonio Villacampa (partner, commercial and M&A) and Alex Bircham (partner, M&A, Madrid), and also involved André Pestana Nascimento (partner, labour), Maria Magalhães (senior associate, commercial and M&A), Frederico Pinho Vieira (senior associate, commercial and M&A) and Teresa Russo (associate, commercial and M&A).
