J+Legal and Uría on €15M Bling Energy investment
J+Legal advised BlueCrow Finance Fund on an investment transaction in Bling Energy valued €15 million, aimed at supporting and developing its business activity. Bling Energy was advised by Uría Menéndez.
This transaction reinforces the Fund’s commitment to investing in the renewable energy sector, particularly in photovoltaic energy, and will enable Bling Energy to expand its “as a service” solutions offering in the residential sector, states J+Legal. Bling Energy, which operates under a model based on technology and energy performance contracts, seeks to democratize access to solar energy through affordable subscription and financing models.

On J+Legal’s side, the investment transaction was handled by senior associates Lourenço Côrte-Real and Rui Bello da Silva, together with associate Carolina Serrano Correia.
