Squire advises on the acquisition of Host Hotel Systems Group

Squire Patton Boggs has advised Banyan Software, an international group headquartered in Toronto with offices across Europe and a leading acquirer and operator of mission-critical software businesses, on its acquisition of the Host Hotel Systems Group, comprising its Portuguese and Spanish business. 

Founded in 1994, Host Hotel Systems is a hospitality software provider offering an integrated suite of hotel management solutions, including PMS, POS, CRM and guest interaction tools, built on a native multi-property architecture that enables agile, centralised and scalable operations. With this transaction, Banyan Software enters the Iberian market, providing Host with the resources to drive innovation and accelerate growth across the hospitality sector.
