Abreu guides majority stake acquisition in Real SC
Abreu Advogados advised on the acquisition of a majority stake in Real Sport Clube SAD, a football sports company based in Massamá, Portugal, by Futebol com Força, a company made up of American investors.
The deal was led by Fernando Veiga Gomes, partner in the sports law practice, with the support of Inês Cortez Elói, senior associate (both pictured). “The transaction involved a complex financial restructuring, requiring a specialized technical approach and leveraging Abreu Advogados’ experience in corporate and M&A transactions, particularly in the sports sector”, states Abreu.
