Auren integrates V2C Abogados
Auren has reached an agreement to integrate Estudio Jurídico V2C Abogados, a multidisciplinary law firm that has been providing business legal advice for over 25 years.
The integration allows Auren to reinforce its legal division, particularly in the areas of healthcare law and international taxation. As part of the deal, V2C Abogados’ four partners — Carlos Barreda, Héctor Pascual, Miguel Vega, and José Luis Gómez — along with their team of 28 professionals, will join Auren.
Both parties expressed optimism about the benefits of this alliance and expect to complete the full integration process in the coming months. Miguel Vega noted, “Joining Auren gives us access to a global network of experts and allows us to expand our capabilities to deliver more comprehensive and specialized services to our clients.” Meanwhile, Mario Alonso, president of Auren, emphasized the alignment in values and vision between the two firms.
The integration of V2C Abogados marks another step in Auren’s strategic growth in its legal and tax services division. The Spanish professional services firm closed the last financial year with a total turnover of €88.9 million, of which €37.6 million came from its operations in Spain — representing a 13.1% increase in national revenue.
