Dentons advises on Viridis Real Estate first acquisition in Spain
Dentons has advised Viridis Real Estate on its first investment in the Spanish market, with the acquisition of a commercial asset in Málaga that will be converted into a serviced living concept. The building, previously known as the largest Chinese bazaar in the city, is set to undergo a full transformation to meet the growing demand for accommodation in the area.
Dentons provided legal advice from the early stages of the negotiation through to the closing, including transactional support and guidance in the entry into the Spanish market.
The operation was led by Itxaso López, partner in the Real Estate department of Dentons Madrid, with the collaboration of senior associate Manuel de Cueto and junior associate María Hernández.
