Cases & Lacambra advises on the acquisition of Solchem Nature

Cases & Lacambra has advised Azelis, a global leader in innovation services for the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, on the acquisition of Solchem Nature, a Spanish company specialized in nutraceutical ingredients.

With this acquisition, Azelis strengthens its footprint in the growing Spanish nutraceuticals market, reinforcing its position in Southern Europe. The deal involves the purchase of 100% of Solchem Nature’s shares.
