Pérez-Llorca continues its commitment to Mexico with the incorporation of Juan José Soto Arias as a partner in the Labor and Employment area in the Mexico City office. Soto has more than 25 years of experience in the field of labor and employment advice to national and foreign companies.

With more than 25 years of experience, Juan José Soto Arias has a solid track record advising national and foreign companies in all areas of labor law, from M&A transactions to individual and collective labor litigation. In addition, he is a professor of Labor Litigation Law at the Universidad Panamericana and has taught at various academic institutions such as the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Universidad del Nuevo Mundo, Universidad Humanitas, Universidad del Valle de México and New Element University.
