Squire advises Kiloutou on the acquisition of ToolQuick
Squire Patton Boggs advises Kiloutou Group, a French multinational specialised in the rental of machinery and tools, on the acquisition of 100% of ToolQuick.
ToolQuick specialises in the rental of small professional machines for the construction, maintenance and renovation markets in Spain. It is present in Barcelona, Alicante, Valencia, Madrid, Malaga and Seville through 30 branches and associated building materials distributors, with a catalogue of 300 different products.
The Kiloutou group is the second largest lessor of machinery and tools in France and the third largest in Europe. This operation will enable Kiloutou Spain to expand its network and complete its offer with 30 branches throughout the country.
