CMS Portugal advises Atlas Copco on Arlógica acquisition
CMS Portugal has advised Swedish multinational Atlas Copco Group on the acquisition of compressed air and technical assistance distributor Arlógica, from Grupo Pinto Brasil. Atlas Copco Group develops technologies for compressed air and vacuum solutions, energy solutions, dehydration and industrial pumps, industrial power tools and assembly and machine vision solutions.
The CMS Portugal team involved on this transaction was led by Tiago Valente de Oliveira, partner in the corporate M&A practice, and included senior associate Catarina Arriaga Sampaio and associate Francisco Verdelho (all pictured from left to right).
