CMS Portugal advises Valmesa on the acquisition of P.& I.
CMS Portugal has advised the Spanish real estate appraisal company, Valmesa, on its entry into the Portuguese market through the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of P.&I. – Propriedade e Investimento Consultores em Investimento Imobiliário, a company that provides real estate appraisal services in Portugal.
Valmesa is a Spanish company based in Alicante, with headquarters in Benidorm, and its primary activity is real estate appraisal. The CMS Portugal team that advised Valmesa on this transaction was led by Tiago Valente de Oliveira, a partner in the corporate M&A area, and included associate Francisco Verdelho and trainee lawyer Gonçalo Sampaio (all pictured from left to right).
