Squire advises EYSA on the acquisition of Tradesegur

EYSA has acquired Tradesegur, a company specialized in road safety, which had a turnover of more than EUR 15 million in the previous financial year. By virtue of this transaction, EYSA has also acquired other companies such as Lector Visión, a company engaged in integral solutions of artificial vision applied to vehicle control, and Smartpol, a company that develops software and services focused on the sanctioning system.

EYSA is a Spanish group backed by H.I.G. Capital and specialized in mobility solutions.
