Cases & Lacambra advises on the acquisition of OirT Group
Cases & Lacambra has advised Amplifón Ibérica – a subsidiary of the Italian group dedicated to hearing correction – in the acquisition of the network of 31 hearing centers of the Malaga-based company Centros Auditivos OirT, thus strengthening its position in Andalusia and the Balearic Islands.
The advice consisted of assisting Amplifon during all the phases of the deal: legal-contractual structuring, legal and tax due diligence, as well as all the legal advice in the negotiation and execution of the sale and purchase agreement (SPA).
The Cases & Lacambra team was led by Lucas Palomar, Corporate M&A partner, together with associates Beatriz Tapia and Celia Cabré. The advice also included the tax team led by partner David Navarro and associate Carolina Dalmau.
